Hole number 3, a Par 4, runs from West to East along the fenced
northern boundary of the Course. The green is protected by two
bunkers in front and a jungle to the left and behind. The Club decided to
drill for water here, it being known that spring water from a well existed
for the Home Farm, which later became our golf course.
A well bunkered Par 4 hole with a sloping green to make putting difficult
when the green is fast.

The tee for this Par 4 is formed on an outcrop of Limestone and the
fairway falls steeply to a green well protected by bunkers.
A very demanding Par 4 and without doubt the most difficult hole on the
course. The prevailing wind coupled with a sloping fairway tends to take
the ball towards trouble on the right, for most of the hole.
